Exhibitions

We strictly adhere to the Animal Welfare Ordinance (TSchV), which has been revised since March 1. 2018. Among other things it states that no restrictions on the (qualitative) requirements for the furnishing of the enclosures at events are permitted. This means that the equipment and structure of the enclosures must meet the minimum requirements for the long-term keeping of the animals. This means that cats at exhibitions must be given increased resting areas, retreats, scratching opportunities, employment opportunities, a litter box and constant access to water, analogous to permanent housing.
